Second level support:

remote help

We are your contact for technical problems that occur in everyday work and cannot be solved in-house. You can reach a Humanomed IT-Solution employee at any time: by telephone and by ticket support.
 

ebody Hotline:

We can access your web-based ebody system. For this, we only need the respective admission number and can then immediately view and solve any acute problem.

 

Ticket support

We also offer assistance with any problem situation via a ticket system. You can send us your request in writing and keep track of how far along we are with processing the problem.

Project management

Advice & planning

At a personal meeting, we will take stock of the situation together with you. Previous processes will be surveyed and discussed. What solutions have there been so far? Which processes can ebody optimise in your facility? What expectations do you have of our product? Which ebody package do you need?

System administration:

the implementation

The next step is to create the necessary IT infrastructure. This process involves operating and setting up the network, server and clients. This is the responsibility of our system administration staff, who are fully aware of your individual ebody package. In this way, the technical implementation takes place smoothly.
